Arentino’s sire Santiago was by the Premium stallion Wie Ibikus and out of the foundation Champion riding horse, Premium graded, and Elite awarded mare Schwalbenlied. Arentino’s mother E.St Arktis II presents herself as one of the most valuable broodmares of the whole Trakehner breed, being a full sister to the great Elite stallion Arogno.
Arentino completed his 100-day performance test in Warendorf, scoring 9s for Character, Ability to Work, and Free Jumping. He competed through Prix St Georges and showed tremendous aptitude in show jumping. Arentino has outstanding character, fantastic powerful movement, and a noble presence. His foals are correct in conformation and have his super temperament and uphill paces. He sired two graded stallions from his first two crops in England (the first English-bred Trakehners to grade in seven years). |
